before filling in the e-tenancy contract form, kindly ensure the following:
1. All form should be printed using a Laser printer
2. Remove Header and footer frrom prining settings
3. Both tenant and building owner signatures should be in the specified location as notified in the contract.
4. The information provided must be true and approriate; failing which the contract will fail to register and will be rejected.
5. Please have the SEWA consumer number filled in and get it verified and stamped by your residential Location SEWA office.

Municipal fees per annum shall be 2% of the total value of the contract or a minimum of 300 Dhs whichever is higher. |
