In order to maintain a healthy leasing relation between the landlords
and the tenants and to sustain their legal rights ; Sharjah Municipality
urges all Building Owners and Renters to register their leasing contracts with the Municipality .
Noticing that the Municipality will grant them a period of three months from (Sunday 11-November 2007). Soon after the Municipality will start taking actions according to the Executive Law Number (2) ; sections (3), Paragraph (C) of year 2007,on the subject of regulating the relation between the landlords and the tenants by taking restricted actions against those who are responsible for not registering the contracts with the municipality.
Failing to do so , the municipality will impose a fine reaching up to triple the original registration fees.
