:Terms and conditions of service

• For urgent requests, withdrawal service is provided within 24 hours of the application date
• For Regular requests, the service is provided within 72 hours of the application date
• Rainy seasons may prevent the provision of service during the usual times
• Regular requests service is provided from Sunday to Thursday, with the exception of urgent requests
• In case customers were contacted and there was no response from them, tickets will be postponed to the next day
• It is the responsibility of applicants or anyone on their behalf to immediately report any failure to provide the service before the tanker leaves the site
• The service is considered completed after the tanker leaves the site
• If the capacity of the house main sewage manhole greater than the capacity of the suction tanker (4500 gallons), emptying the manhole would require more than one trip
• If any hinder was faced during the trial of opening the manholes (manhole are sealed with cement or covered with interlock) the request ticket will be postpone until the situation is corrected from applicant
• In the event that the request data is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be kept until the customer contact the municipality to update the application information and service will be provided in accordance to conditions described above

:Withdrawal Mechanism

• .The sewage withdrawal process is limited to the main sewage manhole only
• .The sub-manholes of the house are considered wastewater delivery line to the main manhole
• .Cleaning the manholes and sublines of the house is an independent service in itself and is not considered a sewage withdrawal service
